About the role
This is a truly exciting time as we are opening our brand new home in Blakehurst and would love you to be part of it! We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses to join our team, working across a range of shifts and days and be a part of this unique opportunity to bring our new home to life. You will be an integral part of this new space as we welcome our new residents and their relatives, creating an inviting and warm environment where we will enrich and celebrate life together.
As an experienced RN, you will be responsible for providing and coordinating resident care and supervising staff to ensure an effective and efficient functioning team. Your person centred care approach will be vital in delivering the best possible care, ensuring comfort, wellbeing and an outstanding wholistic resident experience.
About you
You will bring to the role your passionate and caring nature and you will have:
Current AHPRA Registration
Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible to changing priorities and environment
Experience working within an Aged Care or similar environment
Prior ACFI experience
A commitment to keeping yourself and others safe
