About the role
The Estia Health Project Management Office (PMO) is in need of an experienced Senior Business Analyst in this 12 month Fixed term contract. Reporting directly to the Head of Projects and Change, you will be an integral member of the team and undertake detailed end to end Business Analysis and Solution Design to enable the successful implementation of new technologies within our business.
With a collaborative style, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and excellent communication skills, you will bring a positive and enthusiastic approach to this role. Working with our project teams, you’ll translate business requirements into functional specifications, and provide practical advice on technical design.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Developing and documenting business requirements, user stories, business processes and models, report design and data flows
Reviewing functional and technical requirements with vendors and developers to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and can be successfully delivered
Planning and execution of system testing and integration testing in conjunction with business SMEs and operational teams
About you
You’ll bring to the role your energy, passion and professionalism, and you will have:
A Business Analysis certification or accreditation (ideal)
Previous experience in a similar Senior BA role
Demonstrated experience in the practical application of contemporary BA principals, methodologies and tools
Excellent documentation writing skills
Engaging communication style, and the ability to collaborate well with stakeholders
Exposure to various project management frameworks including Agile, Waterfall etc
The ability to work through complexity and ambiguity
Experience within aged care, health or social sectors ideal
