About the role

As a Registered Nurse at Estia Health, you’ll be a comfort to our residents and a leader to our team. On a typical day, you’ll:

• See to residents’ medical needs with compassion and expertise.
• Complete clinical documentation.
• Inspire and guide team members, helping them to grow.
• Champion health and safety practices across our home.
• Take pride in what you do and the difference you make every day.

What we’re looking for

Caring and committed individuals with a true passion for aged care. If you’re someone who:

• Has a genuine desire to improve the lives of others
• Brings leadership experience in clinical care
• Has prior experience in aged care
• Holds a nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
