About the role

This role is pivotal in building the capability and reliability of the clinical workforce.  The Clinical Educator works in partnership with the Clinical Development Partners to delivers the clinical development strategy and the key outcomes identified by the Quality Improvement Committee.

The role is site based and delivers content and conducts technical nursing skill assessments.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Nursing experience in Aged Care or a clinically related discipline, with AHPRA registration.
  • Strong relationship management and advanced influencing skills.
  • Experience in delivering training plans and programs aligned to learner needs.
  • Advanced written communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to liaise with key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated high level reflective and critical analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards.

This role can be based in SA or QLD, and you will need to able to travel regularly (away a minimum of two nights per week) and flexible with your start and finish times to ensure that we support our clinical workforce.
