About the role

Estia Health are looking for a  full-time Service Desk Analyst to join our team. Reporting into the Service Desk TL, the role will support our 69 homes nationally and central services teams to ensure the service desk is resourced effectively, build laptops, roll out other hardware along with managing procurement and assets.

You will be focused on providing outstanding customer service and support as the first point of call for IT related queries and issues. Utilise your previous experience in a similar role in this fast paced and collaborative environment where you can challenge yourself everyday and grow your career within IT.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support for desktops, laptops, software, phones and peripheral equipment
  • Troubleshooting and correcting reported hardware and/or software problems and performing a variety of technical tasks
  • User configuration/administration for AD & applications

About you

You’ll bring to the role your energy, your passionate and caring nature and you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar Service Desk Role
  • IT degree preferred
  • ITIL certified preferred
  • Demonstrated skills in the installation, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance of PCs, printers, software and information system security.
  • Basic Windows troubleshooting and hardware fault diagnosis, installations and maintenance.
  • Customer focused and strong record of success in the delivery of system support services with a proven ability to identify and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Knowledge of Work Health and Safety and a commitment to keeping yourself and others safe and well
  • The right to work in Australia
