About the role
You’ll draw on your clinical background to improve every aspect of our residents’ wellbeing. As second in command, you’ll:
Look after residents and nurture the relationship with their family.
Train up the next generation of carers and nurses.
Oversee your clinic, from stock to compliance and reporting.
Develop clinical care programs, making them the best they can be.
Help financially manage the home.
You’ll be an honest and ethical leader, with a hunger to learn and challenge yourself. You’ll also have:
A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
Qualifications as a registered nurse and current AHPRA registration
At least 3 years in a nursing management role, at ward level or above
Experience in managing people and budgets
A background in Aged Care
