About the role
Working with our Clinical team you will ensure optimal AN-ACC funding is achieved by ensuring care documentation is completed in a timely manner, is up to date, and accurately reflects resident's care needs.
Experience in Aged Care and competence in basic nursing practice
Demonstrated experience in conducting care assessments and developing care plans
Current AHPRA registration
Computer literacy and experience using care documentation systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisation, coordination, and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Part time - 2-3 days per week (Mon-Fri)
