About the role

You’ll bring clinical expertise, leadership, and compassion to every shift – supporting your team and enhancing the lives of our residents.

In this role, you’ll:

• Provide high-quality, person-centred clinical care
• Lead and mentor care staff, fostering a positive team culture
• Complete assessments and maintain clear, accurate documentation
• Promote health, safety, dignity, and independence
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families

What You’ll Bring?

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in aged care (or a strong interest in joining the sector)
• Great leadership and communication skills
• Sound clinical documentation and AN-ACC knowledge
• A kind, professional and resident-focused approach
