About the role
The Property Contracts and Compliance Manager will effectively coordinate and support management of Estia Health’s property assets. You’ll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team with responsibility for central planning, scheduling and contracting of ongoing maintenance and capital upgrades, audits & reporting and providing specialist advice.
Working closely with our Property Service Managers (PSM), you’ll support home-based staff in order to develop, maintain and improve asset maintenance and compliance.
What you’ll do
Manage our centralised property procurement strategy to maximise service within approved budgets, including ongoing performance and quality monitoring
Plan, budget and schedule routine preventative maintenance works
Ensure services provided are reliable, consistent and professional, and adhere to all compliance obligations
Contribute to critical incident management including emergency response and insurance related works management
Coordinate monthly purchase orders for maintenance and capex works including approvals and reporting
You’ll be a strong communicator with the ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team. You’ll also have:
Prior experience in property services management or similar, with relevant experience in contract management, processes and compliance management
Sound understanding of property audit, essential services compliance and standards
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with external service providers and excellent time management/organisational skills
Relevant tertiary qualifications (Property, Construction, Management) and knowledge or experience in Residential Aged Care would be highly advantageous
