About the role

As first point of contact for families seeking Aged Care services, you will be an essential part of the leadership team, supporting two homes with occupancy growth and customer experience. 

• Brings a friendly customer service to everyone – whether in person, on the phone or over email.
• Champion aged care admissions including relevant fees, navigating My Aged Care and relevant resident funding streams.
• Enjoys showcasing our home to future residents and their families.
• Demonstrated success in sales with expertise in negotiation and exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to establish new business partners to increase referral growth 
• Exceptional ability to empathies and support residents and families during their transition into aged care
