About this exciting role:

As our Client Relations Manager you will monitor and drive a positive customer, resident and family experience to optimise occupancy and improve occupancy performance of homes in our Regional Victorian region.  The successful applicant will be a champion of the admissions and sales process, expertly navigating referral opportunities, anticipating demand and customer needs to build a solid reputation for the homes in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysing and reporting upon occupancy and admission trends.
  • Proposing, designing and implementing sales strategies required to achieve optimum occupancy.
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of Aged Care Fees and Charges for older Australians entering residential aged care.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the aged industry, including healthcare providers, rehabilitation centres, retirement living and aged care service providers.
  • Winning new business to increase the sales funnel, including holding community events, expos etc.
  • Stakeholder management to solidify referring channels.

 

The person who will be amazing in this role has:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Develops and implements sales strategies to exceed targets.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the aged care sector.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • The ability to travel a wide, regional area extensively. A driver’s license is essential. 
  • Customer focused with a commitment to exceptional service.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Aged Care admissions, residential agreed care fees and charges, the funding process and legislation.
  • Existing relationships with referrers and other industry stakeholders would be highly desirable.
