About the role
The Office Coordinator plays an important role in maintaining the day-to-day operations of Estia’s Camberwell Central Services Office.
As the first point of contact, the Office Coordinator is responsible for providing a welcoming and professional experience for all employees and guests.
This position is permanent part-time, Monday and Tuesday ideally from 9am – 5pm, with some flexibility required to work additional days from time to time to assist and support office events and leave coverage.
The responsibilities we will trust you with:
Greeting and directing all guests, ensuring all guests receive a professional and welcoming experience
Ensuring the reception, meeting rooms and general office spaces are kept presentable
Assisting with all room bookings
Maintaining and restocking office supply orders, including kitchen orders, stationery and printers
Managing incoming and outgoing mail/courier deliveries/pickups from site
Assisting with catering orders
Managing centralised office data as required
Office maintenance including liaising with maintenance officers, organising repairs and other duties to ensure office functionality
Maintenance of security passes for building and the carpark for employees and visitors
Travel bookings
Assisting with other administrative duties as required
The person who will be amazing in this role:
Demonstrated Reception/Office Management experience in a corporate environment
Professional and courteous written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle conflicting priorities
Well-developed organisational and time management skills
Demonstrated problem-solving ability
Excellent administrative skills
Proficient in a range of computer systems (including the MS Office suite – particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
