About the role
Every individual in our homes has a story. You’ll get to know each one as you:
Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed.
Work with our team to support those with challenging needs.
Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active.
Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments and providing medication under a registered nurse.
Be a friend to our residents.
Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected.
You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with:
A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
A certificate III or IV in Aged Care
Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
