About the role
You’ll draw on your clinical background to improve every aspect of our residents’ wellbeing. As second in command, you’ll:
be responsible for the assessment , planning and evaluation of resident care, whilst nurturing a partnership with family members to ensure provision of safe, quality care
promote a positive learning environment to grow the capability and knowledge of our next generation of carers and nurses.
Oversee clinical governance via a process of quality improvement , auditing and reporting
Monitor availability and provision of clinical resources
Develop clinical care programs, making them the best they can be.
support financial management of the home.
You’ll be an honest and ethical leader, with a hunger to learn and challenge yourself. You’ll also have:
A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
Qualifications as a registered nurse and current AHPRA registration
At least 3 years in a clinical leadership role,
Experience in managing people and budgets
Prior experience in clinical management in aged care
