The Payroll Officer role plays a vital service role in the accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees.  Our Payroll team deliver excellent payroll service to Estia Health homes and employees by:

• Ensuring accurate setting up of new starters, processing terminations and completing pay adjustments
• Resolving payroll-related queries and issues
• Assisting with leave audits and leave paid in advance processes
• Processing end-to end payroll and completing payroll reporting
• Contribute to the creation of payroll policies and procedures

The traits that will help you succeed

• Proven payroll experience dealing with a large volume payroll
• Strong end to end payroll processing knowledge with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work tight deadlines
• Knowledge of EBA’s and award interpretation an advantage
• Previous experience utilising Chris21 system
