The Payroll Officer role plays a vital service role in the accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees. Our Payroll team deliver excellent payroll service to Estia Health homes and employees by:
Ensuring accurate setting up of new starters, processing terminations and completing pay adjustments
Resolving payroll-related queries and issues
Assisting with leave audits and leave paid in advance processes
Processing end-to end payroll and completing payroll reporting
Contribute to the creation of payroll policies and procedures
The traits that will help you succeed
Proven payroll experience dealing with a large volume payroll
Strong end to end payroll processing knowledge with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work tight deadlines
Knowledge of EBA’s and award interpretation an advantage
Previous experience utilising Chris21 system
