About the Role – Nursing Assistant (AIN)

Your day could include:
Supporting residents with everyday tasks, ensuring comfort and dignity.
Encouraging movement and mental engagement.
Lending a hand to those with more complex care needs.
Being a kind, familiar face and trusted companion.
About the Role – Nursing Assistant (Nutrition)
You’ll also support our modernised, person-centred approach to dining – helping residents enjoy mealtimes that feel more like home.
In this role, you will:
Assist residents with meals and hydration, guided by our personalised service model.
Support residents who may need a little extra help at mealtime.
Be part of creating a calm and enjoyable dining experience.
Bring empathy, dignity, and conversation to the table.
What You’ll Bring:
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (or currently studying).
Previous experience in a caregiving or aged care setting.
Warm communication and teamwork skills.
Solid clinical documentation and basic computer skills.
A genuine desire to enrich the lives of older people.
