About the role
Estia Health Leopold is looking for Casual Registered Nurses to become part of their friendly and supportive team.
Estia Health Leopold is amodern, well-equipped home that’s closely connected to the local community. Situated just 15 minutes from Geelong and at the gateway to the stunning Bellarine Peninsula, Leopold combines regional charm with a relaxed coastal lifestyle — all without the traffic and long commutes of metropolitan Melbourne. A comfort to our residents, being a great nurse is all about how you make people feel. On a typical day, you’ll:
Provide expert care to meet the medical needs of our residents.
Prepare and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Lead and support team members, helping them develop their skills.
Model best practice in health, safety, and clinical standards.
Take pride in your work and uphold the highest standards of care.
You’ll be someone who is empathetic and who’s previously worked in an aged care home. You’ll also have:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with a strong commitment to quality aged care.
Experience in residential aged care or similar nursing environments, including medication administration and clinical care.
Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care for residents.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with residents, families, and team members.
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration, contributing positively to a supportive workplace culture.
Compassion, empathy, and a person-centred approach to delivering high-quality care.
