About the Role

In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in delivering successful business and IT projects that support transformation and compliance from concept through to delivery. Using your exceptional inter-personal, communication and collaboration skills, you will provide hands-on business analysis services to deliver improved outcomes for our residents and teams. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather insights, define requirements, facilitate solution definition and model business operations that support impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose, optimised and aligned with business goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder consultations to gather and document business requirements, rules, data flows, and interface specifications.
  • Analyse current and future state processes, systems and data integration, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to design of solution and process definition, managing expectations and considering future needs and growth.
  • Assess upstream/downstream impacts and contribute to change management planning.
  • Support project activities including estimating, testing, vendor engagement, and transition to BAU.
  • Present findings in clear, accessible formats and contribute to solution design.

  • Exceptional communication skills – adept at nurturing stakeholder relationships and expectations at all levels of an organisation, adjusting approach to extract and present information back in a tailored format and level of detail for the audience and situation.
  • Proven business analysis experience – navigating ambiguity and delivering robust, fit-for-purpose solutions across complex projects.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail – with proficiency in mapping processes, documenting requirements, data flows, and interfaces.
  • Influence – able to respectfully influence and collaborate across all levels
  • Initiative – identify opportunities and propose creative, practical solutions.
  • Change management awareness – understanding of principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • Industry experience – health or aged care experience is highly desirable.
  • Eligibility – you must have the right to work in Australia.
